"The Scottish Gardener relates the brutality of gardening to our own lives. That is, in order to have a beautiful garden, we must disturb, uproot, and cut. These are things we're often afraid to do in our own lives, unfortunately.
"Silence" is about taking the time to get away and clear your head once-in-a-while. If you're feeling frustrated, take a moment. Breathe... listen... observe.
